This website is owned and Managed by 4 Minutes Training Ltd, based in Bray, on the outskirts of Maidenhead in Berkshire UK.

4 Minutes is a National First Aid and Mental Health first Aid Training Company, delivering courses all across mainland UK (and the Isle of Wight!). It was established in 2016 by Andy Crowhurst, an experienced First Aider and Community First Responder. He could see the need for a Training Company that uses Trainers with frontline experience – medical, care or military sectors – that have experienced for real some of what is being delivered.

As well as full-time trainers within the Business, 4 Minutes uses carefully vetted Freelance Trainers across the UK to provide National coverage at a sensible price.

In 2018, 4 Minutes won Dragons’ Den’s Theo Paphitis SBS Award for small Businesses. Andy is also a member of the Federation for Small Businesses.
